Here at Alfredo Enterprise Co., Ltd. ®, we maintain our facilities with the highest of standards. We work meticulously to ensure that our production facilities and our suppliers meet local and international food safety and cleanliness requirements.

In the manufacturing process, our Quality Assurance and Production Departments constantly check for contaminants and microorganisms in our products and in the production line during operating hours on a daily basis.

We test samples onsite in our laboratory staffed with in-house Technicians that regularly analyze our products using modern methods and the strictest of protocols. We also regularly send random food samples to the Thai Department of Live Stock & Development (DLD) in accordance with local and international food safety testing standards.


Our microbiology laboratory is consisted of ;

We are certified by many Health & Food Safety Boards and Governing Bodies both in Thailand and Abroad.

Our production area, production methods, and products have been approved by the Office of Food and Drug Commission of the Public Health Ministry of Thailand.

We are currently certified for production and export by these agencies:

- GMP/HACCP Certified for handling meat by the Department of Livestock Development (Thailand) EST. No. 154

- GMP/HACCP Certified for handling seafood by the Department of Fisheries (Thailand)
EST. No. 1182

- Halal certified by Halal Standard Institute of Thailand

- Certified and approved BRC Issue 6 and IFS Version 6 by Bureau Veritas Certification Board
